Room to move!
This custom translator has, starting from the base,
- ±0.5" (±12.5 mm) XY travel,
- 360° Rotation,
- ±0.5" (±12.5 mm) XY travel,
- ±4° tilt (stepper motorized) and, finally,
- 1" (25 mm) Z axis travel.
- All flanges are 8" (CF150) and the clear ID is 5.87" (150 mm).
Obviously, lifting lugs were provided for mounting it to the vacuum chamber.
